Hello, my name is Dakota Barbee and I love my work. Every aspect of theatre is fun to me and I am inspired every day by the things I get to see and do. Theatre is my way of life. I want to spread the stage to those around me and farther. I love traveling and meeting new people while we work hard to produce the best shows for our audiences. I can't see myself wanting to stop. I wouldn't be here without the help from those around me and I work hard to show them their faith in me was well placed. 

I graduated from Cameron University and I learned a little bit of everything while there. I consider myself a jack of all trades. If I don't know how to do something I work diligently to learn. As I have worked in the professional field I've been lucky enough to already show off these strengths. Whether it was as a general technician doing everything from construction of sets to programming lights or an injured stage carpenter that worked to become an integral part of the properties team instead. I find myself to be adaptable, hard-working and willing to help anywhere that is needed,
